• The page you came from and campaign (UTM) tags, so we know which content is useful.
• Anonymous, cookie-free usage statistics.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to respond to your request and arrange a demo. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give when you tick the box on our forms, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

Where it is stored and for how long

Form data is stored in the UK or EU with our service providers (email, booking and spreadsheet tools). We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@iepci.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
